Conceived as both a filigree network of triangles and a monolithic boxed perimeter, this tower is inspired by the process of creating a house of cards. A practice that is as much about balancing a fragile tower, as about the thrill of reaching the top induced by the danger of falling.
Although it has a minimalistic approach characterized by clean lines and a monochromatic aesthetic, the House of Cards Bookshelf does not lack emotional depth. Its simplicity stems from the nature of its structure, where the entire geometry is echoed in its details and shadows.
It's a multifunctional piece that can be used as a bookshelf, display stand, or even better as a room divider.
